🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Heron Biohacking. Operated by Miami Global Grain Industries LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Perishable Goods: In accordance with Florida Statute §501.142, certain dietary supplements or perishable items may not be returnable once opened for safety and health reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at inquiries@heronbiohack.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

• Damaged or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
